If you are within our on demand service area, our Couriers then prepare the order and deliver it to you within an hour! Most customers receive their order in about 30 minutes.

If you are outside of our on demand area, we have many great shipping options available with a huge inventory to select from! 

If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you directly with some recommendations.

For on-demand orders placed within Klang Valley, the delivery fees will be RM 10 per order.

 

Orders under RM150 (subject to each retailer/seller promotion) will be subject to delivery fees, reflected during checkout, but that means that yes, yes you do have a reason to put that second bottle of wine in your cart.

Every SoTipsy Courier is required to go through ID verification training. Your ID will be verified by a qualified SoTipsy courier to verify age and identity prior to delivering your order.

*Couriers are only able to deliver orders to the customer who placed the order. Roommates, spouses and family members are not eligible to accept orders on behalf of the customer

Creating an account is simple! Just visit our webpage Spacecious.com. You can sign in with your e-mail address. 

1. Register with your e-mail address.
2. Enter a password. Password must be at least 7 characters and contains both numeric & alphabetic characters.
3. Enter your first and last name.
4. Enter your phone number to receive updates on your order.
5. Enter your birthday.
6. Verify your phone number.

Now you're one step closer to happy hour. ;)

Having a verified phone number gives us a way to contact you about your order status or your account. If we need to reach you during a live order, we always first reach out via text or phone call and so having a number on file with us really helps make sure things go as seamlessly and as quickly as possible :)

Verifying your phone number is simple: 

1. After entering your phone number during registration, you will respective an SMS with a pin .
2. Enter that pin on the 'VERIFY PIN' page.
3. Proceed ahead to complete the verification.

ORDERING PROCESS

If an item is out of stock, we'll contact you directly with some recommendations.

For on demand orders:
Yes, the person who placed the order must be present for delivery*. Valid state or federal ID must be presented at the time of delivery and will be verified by a qualified SoTipsy courier to confirm age and identity prior to delivering your order.


We cannot leave the delivery at a doorstep or with a front desk, etc. for security purposes. Thank you for understanding!


*With the exception of gift orders. For gift orders, the intended recipient must be present & clearly specified when order is placed


For shipping orders:
Someone 21+ must be present to sign for delivery!

For our on-demand orders, you can schedule an order at checkout by selecting the dates and times provided. We will deliver your order on the date and time you requested. You can call us at 03-2116 9792 with any questions.

The easiest way to change the address for your order is by replying to the confirmation text message sent to your mobile phone when placing the order!

We always aim to have our orders delivered within an hour! Deliveries typically arrive in about 30-60 minutes :) Your on- web ETA should be the most accurate!

*Gifts may be scheduled by the recipient. 

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel an order after it has already been placed.

When this happens, feel free to reach out to our Customer Support Department by call 03-2116 9792 ? and they will take care of cancelling and refunding your order immediately! (Please be noted that its must be within 5 minute from your order placement)


Please note that orders cancelled after a certain point may be subject to a RM20 of restocking fees to coup with the cost of preparing your order plus the courier's time. The support representative will let you know if cancelling your order would result in such a fee being applied!

SHIPPING


You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. An adult must be present upon delivery to sign for the package. 

We will always check on your ID upon delivery and ask for a signature from the recipient.


Note: We recommend that you ship to a business address where someone will be available to sign in case you are unavailable.

Yes! Gifts can be shipped to recipients. Please make sure to check the gift box and enter your recipient’s address as the delivery address when checking out.

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. A valid ID must be present to receive your order. 

Please also note that our fulfilment centre does not operate over the weekends, so any orders placed after the cut off on Friday will typically be shipped out on Monday.

Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days

Pricing varies, the cost will be given at checkout once all items have been added to the cart :) 

 

**The warehouse cut off for shipping is 12pm, GST. Orders placed after that point will most likely be shipped out the next business day. Our shipping partner also does not operate its shipping services on weekends.

You will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped.

  • Orders are shipped out M-F.
  • Typically orders placed after 12:00pm GST will ship out on the following business day.
  • Items that are noted "special order" will take a few extra days to ship out! Don't worry, you'll be notified if any of your items qualify prior to your order being placed :)

Because someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the delivery, we have a few highly recommended shipping solutions to ensure the best experience with your shipment:

Business Address

  • If possible, it's best to use a business address whenever possible.


Apartment Office/Doorman

  • If you live in an apartment building with a leasing manager, you might also want to check with them to see if they are available to sign.?
  • You can also ship to a friend or neighbour with whom you're comfortable with and someone who is generally available to sign for packages.

Generally, you cannot change an order once it has been placed.

Although there are no guarantees, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact support@sotipsy.com or give us a call at 03-2116 9792 with any shipment requests and a support member will be in touch ASAP!

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address. However, we do ship to business addresses as long as there's an adult to sign for the order at the time of delivery. In fact, we recommend shipping to a business address or one of our suggested options whenever possible.

As long as the order has not been packaged or shipped, we will do our best to fulfil your cancellation request.

  • Typically orders will ship out on the following business day.
  • It's also possible that orders are shipped on the same business day. ?

Please note that if you order has already shipped out, we will only be able to refund you for the cost of the items. We will have to re-coup any shipping charges and a RM20 restocking fee will be issued. Thank you.

ISSUES


Your receipt is e-mailed after the completion of your delivery. It will be sent to the e-mail address linked to your SoTipsy account, make sure to check your spam folder!

Need a receipt from a past order? Feel free to contact support@sotipsy.com and we'll send it right over!

You can also view your order history from the website!

Returns and replacements are not accepted once the order has been received by a verified customer/recipient. Please carefully check your item before you receive and confirm your item. If the incorrect item is delivered or the item is spoiled, contaminated or otherwise not consumable, please don’t accept the item, and pass the item back to the delivery person and tell him to return it.

For shipping orders, please note the cost of the item will be refunded, but we will need to re-coup the cost of shipping as well as a RM20 restocking fee. Thank you for understanding.

For on-demand orders:
If the courier is unable reach you when they arrive, the person who placed the order is not present, or the order is otherwise undeliverable, the order will be failed. As outlined in our terms of service, the amount of the items will be refunded at that time, but a failed delivery attempt will be charged for delivery fees, RM20 for restocking fees and also service charge applied so that we can re-coup the cost of preparing the order and the courier's time! We usually have our couriers take an extra 5 minutes to attempt contact upon arrival so it’s important to stay near your phone for notifications and alerts on the arrival of your order.


For shipping orders:
After 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Once again, the amount of the items will be refunded, but we will charged for delivery fees, RM20 for restocking fees and also service charge applied so that we can re-coup the cost of preparing the order and the courier's time! Check out our tips for where to send your shipping orders to avoid this as much as possible! 

PROMO CODES, SALES & DEALS


The promo is only available to key in during checkout process. 

Go to your cart, then on your right hand side, you will see you have an option to tick whether you have promo code or not. Once you click the box, it will come out a box that let you fill in the promo code.
 

Please review our current promo code guidelines below:

- 1 code per order
- Must redeem code at checkout
- Promo codes can expire, and expiration dates are subject to change
- Referral codes expire in 14 days
- First-time promo codes expire in 7 days, only ONE first time promotion code can be used per use
- If promo code is not applied at checkout, please contact support@sotipsy.com and a support specialist will help you get it sorted out!
- Once promo codes are redeemed / expired, they are no longer valid and cannot be reinstated

Usually, the case of the missing promo code can usually be resolved pretty easily as codes disappear as soon as they are used or as soon as they expire.

Once promo codes are redeemed or removed, they are no longer valid and cannot be reinstated.

  • Unsubscribe from marketing emails: Simply click the unsubscribe link at footer of our emails.

Note: Transactional emails such as receipts will not be affected by unsubscribing.

GIFTING


For on-demand orders:
Once a gift order has been placed, the recipient receives a text message and an option to schedule the delivery.
The gift will not be sent until your recipient confirms the time convenient for them. If you select a scheduled time in which you know that the recipient is available, we'll send it out then. This is in place to ensure that the recipient is available at the time of delivery as they will need to present ID, the same as a normal order!

After the gift is delivered, you will receive an email receipt confirming the delivery.

Please note that gifts must be scheduled within 7 days of purchase, after that point they will be cancelled and refunded to the purchaser!

*Recipients must be 21 years or older. IDs will be scanned at time of delivery.


For shipping orders:

Shipping orders can be sent as gifts as well! Simply make sure that you check "gift" at checkout and that the delivery address is set to the recipient's correct delivery address.


Please feel free to reference our tips about where to send shipping orders as someone 21+ must be present for delivery! 

Note: Transactional emails such as receipts will not be affected by unsubscribing

We have created a special service that allows you to place an order as a gift, simply type the address you would like the order delivered to and select your items.

Web:
On the checkout page, there is a “IS THIS A GIFT?” checkbox, be sure to check that and enter the gift recipient information (their cell phone number is required)

For on demand orders :
After that just submit the order and you’re all done, your recipient will then get a text message with the gift note and a link that allows them to pick a convenient time to have the order delivered! You will also be notified when the gift is delivered!

For shipping orders :
The tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package ships! If a gift note is included, a printed copy will be enclosed in the package :)
