Maycas del Limarí’s icon Syrah Los Acacios is the result of a cold climate with coastal influence and meticulously selected grapes. One of the distinctive aspects of Los Acacios is its aging process, which is done in 5,000-liter French oak barrels. After 18 months of aging, this Syrah gets the virtues of wood, preserving its fruit, freshness and minerality.
